CCMC160 - Sketch Challenge & DESIGN TEAM CALL

Here we are at then end of July ALREADY!!!  Where does the time go?  I hope everyone is enjoying NEW STUFF!!!  We sure do love NEW STUFF around here.

Before we get to this week's fabulous challnege...we have a special DESIGN TEAM CALL for all of our fabulous followers!  Create with Connie and Mary is looking for some fabulous SU only loving stampers to design one fabulous project for inclusion in our Create with Connie and Mary Holiday 11 Edition coming September!  As a Guest Designer you will design one UNIQUE 3D project including tutorial (we give you the template) that will be part of our edition.  We will have one guest designer each of our 6 weeks in the upcoming edition.  Interested in being part of our team?  Then email us at createwithconnieandmary@gmail.com and tell us the following...

• why you would like to be a guest designer
• provide us with a link to your blog
• send 3 samples to give a feel for your work!

Guest designers are compensated for there work...more details will be given.  So...would you like to join us for the Holiday session?  We would LOVE to hear from YOU!!!

CCMC158 - Special Challenge

Happy July to one and all!  WOW...can you believe it...we are starting our SECOND year of the Create with Connie & Mary Thursday challenge with a design team!  (Connie and I did start a month before but we'll consider this the start of our second year.)  WOOOO HOOOO!!!  How fun is that?

We'd like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Erica Cerwin for her design work over the past few months!  We LOVE her work and we know you did too!  Carrie Gaskin is not leaving us but has a very busy summer coming up.  She will join us when she can, but will be back permanently in October!  We also want to say a big 'HELLO' to Nance Leedy (yep...she was subbing a bit the end of last month) and to our newest member...Renee Van Stralen!  WOOOO HOOO!!!

Well, we have a SPECIAL challenge for you today!

   

What is this???  Two challenges at once????  Well...yes...that is what you see but there are a couple special things to go with this.

You see many of us will be attending the Stampin' Up! Convention next week so we decided to do something different.  First...this challenge will run for TWO WEEKS!!!

Now...you can do just the color, or just the sketch or you can do them BOTH together!  The choice is yours!  Also...if you want, the sketch could easily be made into a circle card so you have ANOTHER option for you too.  Now...isn't that cool?  So...to recap...
